Red Shirt Freshman QB Rudy Carpenter threw lights out for the Sun Devils. This kid looked really good 23-45 for 467 yards and 4 TD's. Both teams defense seemed timid. At least both offenses were putting up some points or this on could have gotten boring. 1,210 yards combined for Rutgers and ASU. Most ever in a bowl game.
