Hi

WOW...Its been a while. Lifes been busy. Summers just winding down, with all kinds a fun lying ahead. I'm doing my Graduate Assistant coaching at Choctaw High School. Work outs this summer have been great and we just started practice this week. I'm finishing up my, way to long stint as a man of the night. Hopefully I can get back into this a little more regularly.
